The History for the DJJX universal joints

Hanzhou D J Machinery Co.,Ltd found the factory in 1998, specialized in producing all kinds of bearing and some parts for Universal joints .
Hangzhou D J Machinery Co.,Ltd registered a limited company in 2005, the first customer from Italy , they taught us technology , the standard of DIN 808 and design the drawing. launching our universal joints’ journey.
The Company moved new factory room , and the company occupied about 13000m2, created the brand “DJJX”.
In 2010, Hangzhou D J Machinery Co.,Ltd is specialized in the production of small universal joint couplings and shafts. Currently there are main 4 product designs, each with 3 different configurations. The 3 configuration consists of single joints, double joints, and telescopic to meet the wide variety of aplications

PB – Sliding Pin Type
Characteristics: High torque, Low speed
Applications: Forklifts, Agricultural Machinery, Landscaping Machinery, etc

NB – Sliding Bearing Type
Characteristics: High Speed, High Torque
Applications: Packaging Machines, Conveyors, etc.

CN – Cross Bearing Type
Characteristics: Maximum Speed, High Torque
Applications: Automobile, Grinding, etc.

PB Series

   Max speed ≤800RPM
   Static breaking torque ≤00N.m
   Max.working angle 45°

The data will according to different diameter have some changes. Example, if the diameter become to small , the speed will faster , but the torque become to little .The PB style’s universal joints for a wide variety of applications. Example:Crane, Forklift, Mini car, Reaper, Electric Curtain, Grass Machine, Garbage truck, Transport tape and so on .

PR – Sliding Bush Type
Characteristics: Medium speed, low torque
Applications: Drilling, Sewing, Woodworking, etc.

   Max.speed ≤2000RPM
   Static breaking torque ≤500N.m
   Max.working angle 45°
   The data will according to different diameter have some changes. Example, if the diameter become to small , the speed will faster , but the torque become to little .
The PR style’s universal joints for a wide variety of applications. Example:
Sewing machine, Multiple spindle head drilling machine ,Woodwork machine, Textile machine and so on .

NB - SERIES

Static breaking torque ≤4000N.m

Max.working angle 45°

The NB style’s universal joints for a wide variety of applications. Example:

Electric bike , Package machine, Transport tape so on .

CN-SERIES

Max.speed ≤4500RPM

Static breaking torque ≤1300N.m

Max.working angle 45°
